Delivery and Refund Policies

Delivery Policy:

School Lunches will be delivered to your school on the pre-determined Order Date at a time pre-arranged by your School.

Refund Policy:

Missed Day Policy: If your child is going to miss their School Lunch Day because they are unable to attend school; either due to, illness or any other reason, there's no need to worry. Simply provide RMI with 24 hours notice of the delivery date, by contacting us at (519) 620-0303 and we will ensure that you receive a credit for the order amount on the next round.

Snow Day Policy:If your child misses their School Lunch Day due to a School designated Snow Day, the lunch for that missed day will be delivered on the next available School Day.
